I’m Colonel (Retired) Eric Robinson, and after 30 years of leading soldiers around the globe, I’ve traded in my boots for tongs and a smoker—bringing the same passion, discipline, and attention to detail from the battlefield to the grill.
Rooted in my South Carolina farm upbringing and inspired by generations of family cooks, my love for bold, Southern flavors runs deep. From those early days to grilling through college, my fire for cooking only grew stronger. Today, I bring that same heart and soul to every event—serving up smoked meats and vegetables crafted with locally sourced ingredients and Southern flair.
